Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, January 31. After this date, registrations must be processed on-site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or email will be accepted after this date. You may register on-site at the Meeting Hotel beginning on Sunday, February 9.
Written requests received by 5pm on Friday, January 31 will be honored (less a $95.00 processing fee). No refunds after January 31 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airline. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitutions must be received in writing via email by Friday, January 31. Send the appropriate attendee contact information to Lennie Noblezada (Lnoblez@naruc.org). After Friday, January 31, substitutions and changes will be processed on-site at the meeting registration desk during business hours.
Credentialed media may cover this event at no charge. Please contact Rob Thormeyer (firstname.lastname@example.org) to register. Reporters are encouraged to sign up for the event as soon as pre-registration opens in order to ensure a room at the conference hotel.
