You may register on-site at the Renaissance Washington Hotel beginning on Sunday, February 14 at 8am. The on-site rate for industry attendees is $595.
The NARUC registration and information desk will be open the following hours:
Sunday 7:30 – 6:30
Monday 7:30 – 5:00
Tuesday 7:30 – 5:00
Wednesday 7:30 – 2:00
Cancellations
If you registered but cannot attend the Winter Committee Meetings, we will refund your payments minus a $100 administrative fee,
if written cancellation requests are received before February 12. After February 12, no refunds will be granted.
Please contact Judith Ford (jford@naruc.org) at NARUC if you have any questions and need to cancel your registration.
Substitutions
Substitutions must be received in writing via email by Wednesday, February 3.
Send the appropriate attendee contact information to Lennie Noblezada at Lnoblez@naruc.org.
After February 3, substitutions and changes will be processed on-site at the conference registration desk during business hours.
Housing
If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed
instructions on reserving a room. Please note: Rooms
booked through methods other than the NARUC housing
page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by
NARUC.
