You may register on-site at the Renaissance Washington Hotel beginning on Friday, February 15 at 9:00 am.
Cancellations
Written requests received before February 1 will be honored (less a $50 processing fee).
Substitutes are accepted at any time. No refunds after February 1 without documentation of a medical
emergency or flight cancellation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee!
Housing
If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed
instructions on reserving a room. Please note: Rooms
booked through methods other than the NARUC housing
page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by
NARUC.
